please send a request at Nordeus Support for explanation, all Tokens/purchase issues should be resolved by them.
This is the Forum... we discuss and share ideas, so if anyone knows why that message happens or how to resolve it please post. I have never bought Tokens that way, I usually use paypal on the main site because it is usually very fast, and reliable.
