Can't open my forum profile

When I try to open my profile or notifications, I get this message:
"This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."
Where is the problem?

I had a problem with the game two days ago and I try this - clean my cache history.

Thanks, but I'm talking about forum profile, not facebook profile.

When I had this problem (cannot load my game through Firefox and Chrome) I also couldn't open some categories or threads of the forum (I was wondering if the game had some problem to other players too) so I find and open it in google and follow the instructions.

Now even my picture changed, It's vBulletin.

I'm visit forum on pc, not on phone. I don't need to install any app to open top eleven forum. I can open settings tab and messages, but I can't change avatar and view notifications.

I get Message with errors when it doesnt work And be not able to open anything And view notifications also i dont see always
