Hello. We have problem whit Gift . 4 my friends send to me gifts (red medical bag) But i dont heve it.

I think its some tehnical problem. Becose its imposible from 4 gifts noone dont come to me

If you are sure they sent gifts and you didn't get them, it could very well be a glitch. The way it works if many send the same you only get one, to prevent abuse, but none isn't right. It might be a good idea to send a request to Nordeus Support so they can check to see what's wrong.
