Friendship Game is not possible to exchange substitutes via APP

Hello,
since several month is not possible to exchange substitute players or change taktics during a friendship match for me.
I use Iphone4 to play that game. Please give me feedback (TopEleven Team) why this occur and how it can be fixed in time. I payed altready a lot for this game and I insist that it works full funcional range and stable.

Hallo,
seit einigen Monaten kann ich bei Freundschaftsspielen keine taktischen Änderungen mehr vornehmen. Wenn ich einen Spieler auswechseln will stürzt die APP am IPhone4 ab. Das kann doch nicht sein! Ich dachte zu erst es ist ein BUG und dieser wird irgend wann behoben aber dem ist nicht so. Warum passiert das und was kann man dagegen tun?
Bitte um zeitnahen Support.
