Slow/unstable connections

The last few days i've had really slow and at times unstable connections, especially on my phone.

Anyone else having this problem or is it on my end?

Yes I have it as well and there are some others (it was also posted in the General Thread). I have the problems on the computer. Once I'm in the game, it works fine.
