Server still down?

Sorry if this has been answered or if there's another way to find out,

but on one account my team has been up and running for over and hour, the other still is down.
is this normal? or is this a problem?

They may be doing the update on some servers like last Season, so it could be awhile yet on any that are getting that, maybe another half hour then if it isnt up send request to Nordeus Support
