I have a game loading issue since yesterday

first it gets stuck on connecting like this:

then it just keeps showing connecting and it doesnt load further and then this comes:

it was just fine 2 days ago and suddenly this happened. I can't play from the topeleven site either, it only works on my android.
I want to do some referral tasks but that option isn't on the android app pls help me fix it.
I cleared my browser cache and cookies twice, tried a new browser but no luck
