(On phone) Try deleting game saved data and see if that helps,
I have also had a similar error on desktop before, that was a slow connection and machine was slow too. Make sure other things that eat bandwidth and memory aren't running.
If you are on strong connection and deleting data didn't work, try asking at TopEleven Support
