    Angry account is disabled

    My account has been disabled, I tried to contact Nordeus support and they said that my account was banned because ít was reported for cheating by many users. Actually, I did nothing wrong. I didn't cheat.
    Last month, many players in my team aumatically turned 9 stars. I was very surprised and did know what happened. All I did is just downgrading my account from Level 22 to level 15 as a part of the game. I think this is the reason they ban me. All happened was the game's mistakes, not mine. I tried to convinced them but they didn't revert their decision Poor me
