lost tokens

I made a bid for a player by negotiation and have not got the player or my tokens back

any ideas on how to sort this please

All tokens issues have to be resolved by TopEleven Support

Sometimes it takes a hour or two after the negotiations for the player or refund to arrive, I believe that is clock synching issues involved that cause it, so always make sure yours is.. (http://forum.topeleven.com/bugs-tech...-computer.html) but even if yours is, and the seller's isn't there will be delay.

I just had exact problem..
I did create a ticket to support but God knows if they can help..

I was doing negotiation on Striker age 19 - rating 49... offer 3 times money with tokens and he declined it.. So 4th time, I raised for 3 mil more then its worth and it was pending 23hr.. I came back to pc to look did he deny or anything.. I found out that there is no more striker available on the list !! I see that i am missing 26 tokes for offer + 12 tokens for transfer..

Now it past 9hr and still nothing.. I do see other 2 MC that i put on fav but no ST!

So now no tokens or player or anything...

The tokens seem to have correctly added back to your account.
