Auction time problem - seconds are skipped

For a couple of weeks now, the countdown time is reduced in a way that some seconds are skipped. One time the countdown went from 8 seconds to 0! No need to say that I lost... I tried with windows version, mobile version-2015 and mobile old version from the tablet. Also I tried that from different hotspots and from mobile network as well. The exact same hotspots and networks did not have the slightest problem a couple of weeks ago. So I assume this is a server problem. Occasionally this is not happenning and everything is normal, but most of the time, the problem seems to appear. Any of you guys faced something similar the past few weeks?

I only ever have issues like that with the handy/app. I do not use it to bid on players for this reason -- connection speed.
If I am forced to used the app I stand next to a wifi router. And bid in plenty of time.. usually as soon as I am able.
