Money blance not correctly adding

I first noticed this last month, but wasn't actively looking for it so I thought maybe my math was off. I started out the new day last night with $2.14 billion in my account to buy players, etc. I then sold several players for a total of roughly $500 million. This morning I had the same balance as before I sold the players and when I added two new players it lowered my balance under $2 billion. So it doesn't seem to be adding in any amounts once it hits roughly $2.1 billion, but it will subtract money. Is there a money limit in the game? Why would it be incorrectly adding the numbers? Anyone else run into this?
