Won the auction, token taken. Message "WAIT..." came up. 10 minutes later nothing changed. Exited. Reloaded. Token gone, player not added, no record of won or lost auction in history and player disappeared from auction history.

The clock on your device may not be synchronised with internet time, make sure you have the correct time entered if it is not automatic.
It could also have been the seller's clock. Usually in such a case you will get the player within a few hours.

Guess nobody who works at the game wants to follow up on this issue then.
Can't help but feel as if I have been stolen from. After all I did pay for the tokens.
