i finished last season in 8 position level 23, in the moorning i have next level 24



why?

i want level 23, i have programmed the next season for level 23 and no for level 24

From official site:

"The League is formed in the fairest way possible and sometimes a club that finished the previous season in 8th place will still level up in order to compete against clubs at the same quality level.

It is possible that the manager levels are different but the club level of all competitors in a League should be the same. Note that all opponents in a competition have the same chances of improving their clubs: their auction, Negotiation and Scout lists have players with similar quality."
