Yep, happened few times to me.. fresh nordeus generated players that appear to be lower quality, as soon as they get 1skill point they'll be scouts.

I'm hoping I find one so I can have an instaScout but I haven't seen any. Yet.I don't know that I really want this to get fixed, it's a bug in our favor...
