Players lost quality

i have a problem
i began a fourth season
and all my players in my team lost a star in quality in the third and fourth season.
then my team is worse than at the beginning

it's normal?

When you promote to an higher competition, it's normal that al your players lose a star.
The qualitie of the players in your new level is higher.
Your players did not lose skills!!
I have the same, less stars shining to me :-)

In every new season day, my players are older but develop more quickly in training. As I understand, it's because my team promoted and players lost a star.

He said that in his 2nd season players hadn't lose star. Maybe he didn't notice star change or his team didn't get promotion.

I'm just started the game a few weeks ago so I dont know much.
Possibly those players had six stars last season, or maybe they did not promote
Every 75 skillpoints is a star rise, so if tose players are trained enough the got a lot of stars.
Maybe someone else can explane better
