    Wrong user ID

    Hello,

    I'm trying to open a ticket but the User ID I can found on my help page seems to be wrong (-9223xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

    Therefore I have a problem but I cannot report it as that field is mandatory: any idea how to solve this?

    Did you try entering in whatever numbers that are there on your help and it wont take it? It can be fifteen digits long. Just put in whatever you have and add zeros if you have to, and explain in the ticket.
