Only 1-3 five-star players in auction

I am 38 level.
In this new season, every time I enter the game, I have no more than 3 5-star players in auction. All other are 4 or 3-star.
In past seasons - everything was ok, in auctions I have many 5-stars.

is this a bug?

No it's not a bug. It will stay like this until you stay top of your server, where I suppose that you are at now. It's been like that for me for the past 10 seasons or so, so welcome to the club.

Most probably, yes. It will be the same as long as you stay at the very top level
