Red card bout of no where!!

Hello, my two good defenders DC got red cards out of no where! They didn't have any yellow card even. After the last match where there was no injury or anything else for my team except just a goal, I saw that they got red cards. Besides I also don't have any replaces as the new update has like increased the injury rate by 120% and my players r getting injured even at training with highest condition! I even stopped friendlies after the update as I kept getting one to two injuries after each match! What can I do now? I did hard work to come to the top 16 in cup and gonna play against a good team! Also at a good position (4th) in league... Help? Thanks! ~RABAT8108

You can't do anything
Injuries was always the major problem of the game and I would rather agree that last period they are increased.
Specially, it's very annoying injuries or cards without excuse.
The only thing you can do is to buy a 5* 30-31 y.o. DC and maybe use a player out of position - a DMC/DML/DMR or MC I could say.

That's all I could do I guess... I like top eleven but they got enough problems for us too :/
