Wasting Morale

I play this game for around 8 seasons, and I never got a problem like that: every month I spend some money in the game, to have a regular team, and some Morale tokens. Well, this season after any match all my players get tired, and I need to spend more tokens to buy more Morale tokens. It sounds really bad in my opinion, like someone is stealing from me. It is not normal, I live with 2 friends who play too and they don't have that problem, sometimes they spend 2 or maximum 3 morale tokens, but 16 after a match? Come on. Please let me know if you gonna solve this or I will really stop to play. Thanks.
