For some reason while having Negotiations for one player, I`ve lost 9 tokens which should have been returned to my account after successful (or not) deal.

What are my next steps please help!

Same thing happened to me, but how do you take screenshots in anticipation of such a problem? I didn't expect any problems, so saw no need to take a screenshot of the negotiation beforehand.

I usually take a screen shot of anything involving a significant number of Tokens. I have never had issue with negotiations, except minor delay, but you never know.
Screen shots are not required, but very helpful.
