    Bugs are best reported to Support, they track such things and might have a solution.


    also it could be temporary communication issue with Facebook or Google

    There is no option or access to an appropriate option to report bugs or problems on Top Eleven Help Center - Home | TopEleven Support. Else, I would have reported this excessive injuries thing.
