Strikes glitch

Is anybody already raised something about the problem with the strikers getting in front of the goal alone and not scoring or even trying, instead doing a back pass, it looks like a glitch I think. What's the point having 3 strikers with one to one scoring if they don't work. All my goals are coming from every where but the strikers.
