Game crashes on Transfer bid

Hi,

I am playing Top Eleven on Android. I am running into a problem where when I am in the bid window for a player, if I tap on the other bidder's icons to get more info on them, the game freezes after bringing up the player comparison window and I have to restart the app.

Not only that, but when I restart the app and get back into the bidding window, I am NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BID! The bid button is gone and I lose. I had 17 tokens a couple days ago and thanks to this bug I have lost about 11 tokens and not gotten any players. It's hard to not be frustrated by that.

This seems to be a consistent error. I would appreciate any help I can get on this.

Looks like a similar problem to the one I had trying to make a sub in live match (Save button wouldn't work after first time used).

Uninstall App, reboot device, reinstall App.

If still giving problems, try Support.

Are you playing 2015 , last update ?
In a g connection or in a public wi-fi ?
Your mobile is less than 8 core ?

If the answers are "yes", then avoid to buy players that way.

Can you elaborate on why? Is this a known bug?

I am playing latest version available on android i believe, using private wifi and 4 core device (Nexus 7 2nd gen)
