Changing a player name - error code 7

When I try to change a player name, the game shows 'Error code 7' and reload the page(on web page browser), I also tried on my S5 - android app to change it, still wont work. It's so annoying please fix it.

*BUMP* 1 month later still having same error, still no one responded, how can they improve the game without looking at forums...

Hey Catalin, sorry for the late replay, can you tell me what name you wanted to use? Have you used any illegal characters or so? I always change my players name and I didn't had any issue so far.
