Here you can't contact them and they should guide you and help you to discover the issue and maybe they can offer you a 'refund' for all those offers you completed or not and don't work anymore: https://www.supersonic.com/contact/

They are your client. The ad should be removed till it is fixed.
I have been to the JW player web site and the test video on there works fine on my machine, so the problems not my end.
