Illegal formation and lost game!

I played 4-5V-1, and opponent played 2-3-2-1-2. I had 80% ball possesion, my team quallity is 38.3, and his is 19.8.
I watched a game, have full stadion, what means I had 13% more ball possesion. And at home, I lost game 2:0.
This must be bug, nordeus!! You want to we spend more and more tokens for better players, and this game isn't the best anymore. It's getting bad and bad...

This game is going worse every day... I like to play, but since they changed cup and this stupid bugs... No, thanks!
Btw, today the same story- lost 1:0, I had 9x4* and 2x5* players. He has illegal formation with only 2* players.

How its going without using arrows? any effect for the team? i had face this situation before, and i think maybe i was wrong about my tactical.

4-5V-1... red arrow only on DMC. Morale and condicion always 85% or more. Normal tactics, mixed passing, my half only, mixed on attack or down both flanks. Standard.

Your tactics seem alright. Try a blue arrow on your DMC instead, and some red arrows on your fullbacks maybe?

I will try, ok. But this doesn't explain what I've written in the first post. I have this formation 4 seasons, and in season 3 I've won league and CL with this tactics. It's a bug or something.
