Sometimes there's a bit of delay with UnityAds (minutes, half an hour ...) but the reward always ends up being added to your account. If you closed Top Eleven before that happened you may have not noticed it when the rewards were added to your balance.

Otherwise, contact our Support team if you really think you are not getting your rewards from this provider. To do that, simply click the question mark button ("?") in your Top Eleven app, next to the Settings button. Check any FAQ entry and click the contact us button at top.
