How come I can't play friendlies???

How come against some friends I can never invite to friendlies but they can invite me? Sometimes we both can't invite each other as it says we had booked 4 matches in 24 hours but we didn't book?

If he had 4 games in the last 24 hours you can't send him request but he can send you.

Listen, you can send how many friend request you want but if one of them had already 4 games in the last 24 hours you can't send him.

Same with you, if you had already 4 games in the last 24 hours they can't send you request.
