4 star player in negotiation how??

Today I was shocked to see 4 star player in my negotiation list.

This is bug??

Yes, that's happening if one of your friends has a player (3*-4*-5* ) in nego list.
That's why it's the blue letters.

* but not for 6* or more players of your friends
