    Substitution plus changing formation

    In today's match my AMR got injured. I didn't have one on the bench, so I had to move some things around (ST to AMR, AML to ST, then bringing in my substitute AML). I saved the changes, but only the substitution was recorded and my AML was playing oop as AMR. So I had to go back and change formation again. It's the second time this happened to me.

    Anyone else noticed this? Is it intentional or a bug? Why can't I do both (bring in a sub ánd change formation) at the same time?

    Not noticed that myself - last injury sub and formation shuffle I did went OK.
    Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
