    Just telling us that it happens a few times a day won't help much, you need to tell me the exact time when it happens, so that we can pin point the problem. Also we have daily maintenance every day on our servers which lasts for about hour and a half starting 2:00 GMT.

    it's like that since for 4 and half hours i sirsly don't know what to do anymore..

    That is strange. So you get the exact same message as the topic started explained when you try to connect on Facebook/Topeleve.com. Could you make a ticket on Nordeus Support and provide your Facebook ID and the exact time when while you couldn't connect, so we can investigate further.
