Urgent - Won an auction at 17 token - Player didn't pop on my squad.

Hey, im concerned because i won an auction with 17 tokens and the only message i had it was i won the auction, but the message of the player addition to the squad didn't pop up.

So who can help me solve this bug?

I've wasted the money and tokens won the auction and no player...

I don't know if any admin saw the thread, but i tried to open the game twice after this and the player dint't pop up, but at this moment i got the pop up like 10min later.
So player is on my squad now.
About the delay try to check what was the cause for this problem.

Sometimes there's a delay if the player is currently playing a match with his former club

In the future if you suffer from a similar problem, just contact Support using the ingame Help button (question mark "?", next to Settings button) so they can directly check your team's account and verify what happened
