I recently won auction (at least system set status to Won). Player was not received and after game reload auction was set to status Waiting and remains the same for more than 10 mind.

Put your device in the microwave and set to defrost for a few min. The player will soon be defrosted out of auction area, and he will be in your team.

(This thing has happened in the past. It might take some time before the player is actually transferred into your team. Be patient.)
