21.03.2013 bug

Today i found a bug, one of my Player couldnt get red oder blue arrow, i logged in my Android Handy i see it was red, but if i try to make red oder blue arrow it happens nothing on PC
Yesterday everything ok, but today there is a bug.
I tried to logged off, and in to see if there are log-in-off bug but nothing happens, onlyone player, the rest i can change in red,blue.
As i said, on my Handy everthing ok, but on PC on one Player nothing happens with Arrow

Please help me, i think i am not alone with that problem.


Note: I changed the player, and put another player on same right side, same problem.

I need bug helping and not tips how to play.
Please give only answer if u have information about bug or can help, unnecessary reply is not needed.
