Nordgens dissapeared!!

Today i woked up early as i always do in he first day of the season to pick up some good nordgens. Bought some and then the game disconnected. connecting back in and all nordgens are gone. Here is a pic with transfer sorted by value.
Before logging back there were at least 40 18yo nordgens, and now none of them!
What in the name of God is happening again?

What is rare? closing and reopening does not fix it....in 30 mins all are gone....this bull**** game is making fun of me...

And now inbox is full of notifications that my t11 friends are buying players...

The Nordgens in your picture you posted.
I have not seen players like that, but I am only in my second season. So, was wondering if you had to get to certain level before seeing those players in my auction list.

I am lvl 30.

When I wake up, opening the tm and then bidding to players I want to buy.
Also add to favorites some other players.
Many times when I closed the connection or jumbed from mobile to pc, a list full of nordgen disappeared and only those I had a bid or were in my favorite list, were saved.
Log in & out is useless.
Some times a new bunch can come after 1 hour, but it's rare.

I opened a support ticket about this and Nordeus made fun of me.....the same nonse that the market is full and everybody is selling and buying. They seemed not to know about nordgens
