Indeed as LeManiaque explained, there are currently some videos that produce technical issues. We're in contact with the providers and are working to resolve these issues.

Edit: Btw, if any problematic video does actually play out before it, say, crashes or something else happens. Please make sure to take a screenshot and PM me or submit a ticket to our Support. This way we can register which is the video and more easily direct the attention of the providers to the issue!
