Video's won't load

Every time when i try to watch a video for free packs it gets stuck in a loading screen. It really sucks. My players are getting tired...

They seem to have a few bad ads in the mix currently.

This same sort of ad freezes my android game up, sometimes it reappears when I reload.

Report this to support in game or via email along with the screenshot. They probably can't do anything immediately for you, but Nordeus asks us to report.

Indeed as LeManiaque explained, there are currently some videos that produce technical issues. We're in contact with the providers and are working to resolve these issues.

Really sorry about the whole thing. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve this matter very soon!

Edit: Btw, if any problematic video does actually play out before it, say, crashes or something else happens. Please make sure to take a screenshot and PM me or submit a ticket to our Support. This way we can register which is the video and more easily direct the attention of the providers to the issue!
