Why can't I send a friend request to someone in my association. I'm level 56 and they are level 2.
They're not on the same server. Try to make friends on FB first then on Top 11.

Current Season (44): League (ON STRIKE), CL (N/A), Cup (In - Quarter-Finals)
Previous Season: League (11th), CL (Final), Cup (Last 16)
I also see that, I can't make or send friend request to own association members. Although I'm not involved with any association right now, I make my own association to avoid unnecessary invite and I don't invite anyone too. Can't manage time to play more than 2 game a day.
