A lot of Top 11's server clusters around the world glitched out during the transition from the previous season to the new one. Most of the anomalies that this caused to the game were things like, the end-of-season message not going away, F.A. booster rewards being delayed, and other such temporary issues.

The permanent issue was with some accounts not receiving their F.A. Tokens. The devs deployed a countermeasure of a sort to prevent other accounts from being affected but those that already were will be tracked down. So you'll help out a lot of you signal the support agents!
