30 Token disappeared...

So today i logged in first around 3:50AM and i've seen the message that my association got promoted, and we won 30 tokens. After that, maintenance came, and then when i was able to log in again, my +30 tokens dissapeared. Can you help me out, because thats very frustrating. Team name: Gergely FC

Anyone who experienced the issue should definitely write to support about it. We were registering the cases yesterday and will be adding the tokens.

A lot of Top 11's server clusters around the world glitched out during the transition from the previous season to the new one. Most of the anomalies that this caused to the game were things like, the end-of-season message not going away, F.A. booster rewards being delayed, and other such temporary issues.

The permanent issue was with some accounts not receiving their F.A. Tokens. The devs deployed a countermeasure of a sort to prevent other accounts from being affected but those that already were will be tracked down. So you'll help out a lot of you signal the support agents!

Excuse me Jeeves, want to ask a question about fixing bugs like this.
if someone saw the reward of the tokens but later with the delay of the new season, trying to build the team, auctions, training, testing, Cup game etch , missed the issue with lost tokens (that's possible if someone has plenty of token, over 200-300 - like me ), will he ever get back those tokens ?
* without sending a report ? from an adjustment of the program ?
** Same thing happened in the beginning of the previous season, with the replenish of condition (in some servers)

Ye, I spoke with the guys about this actually. So they are running some scripts on all the servers with which the servers are prompted to false/true check all accounts located on their clusters if the F.A. reward was added or not. Basicaly what the support agents can do as well, only automatically and in bulk.

It takes some time though, so my original instruction stands I think - If you think the F.A. Tokens are still missing, give us a poke by writing to support.

Problem solved in one day. Team very quick to replay and to solve the bug. And now I can enjoy some "extra" to my trading season

Stuff like this means the complainers just don't get how much Nord does. An overnight script to auto detect which accounts may have been impacted. That's work of a nimble, customer-experience valuing company.
