missing UI in newly founded clib

I have a problem with the UI in my most recent club !

Here is what it looks like :





This is using microsoft Edge as browser !

Anybody knows what happened, please, ... I don't want to spend hours trying to figure things or being cut from the market !

Hey ^_^

Try clearing your cache and cookies. While doing that, also try running the game from a different browser (Firefox, Chrome and Opera are compatible with Top 11) and see if the issue reoccurs.

where can I find this cache, please ?
how about the cookies ? Is it in the windows tools ?

it's in the browser settings
I don't know Edge but if you "google" that, you 'll find it (or even some video in youtube)
