I completed a Tapjoy offer including payment thought the AppStore and didn't receive my T11 rests. I then tried to submit a request to fix this to Tapjoy and have been experiencing nothing but problems with submitting the request, mostly been unable to submit a complaint through several of their normal channels and not getting anything except an automated email saying I received the reward (which I didn't).

What is going on with Tapjoy right now? How can I fix this? Thanks.
