Unable to change team formation

As soon I hit save after changing formation, I got disconnected. Could someone redirect me where should I ask for urgent help game is on about 1 hr i need to change this. I had already tried all web, facebook and android.

this can be also from bad connection.
if your connection is steady., then uninstall/ install again.
if it continues, send a ticket to support (and meanwhile, you can use the old version > Play Top Eleven - Free Online Football Manager Game )

I dont think its about bad connection. I can play my other a/c with no problem. Also with this a/c i can bid and won auction and also can provide green and blue pack with no problem only problem i cant change formation. But i can change formation during match time but not before. And now i am truly feeling pis*ed off. -_-

Hey Saroj, what Niko says is correct in most cases. I've checked about the issue just to be sure. Seems like we've got some tickets at the support team about the same issue from other players.

We're currently investigating what's causing this. As Niko said, do report this to the support team so they can register your case.

Btw it doesn't seem that a lot of accounts are affected by this bug for now. Hope it stays rare.

Any solutions?? I tried to reinstall it but the issue is still alive. I also tried it on PC = same

Same problem here to , is something changed in Top Eleven on 1 februari 2017 ??
hoping for a quick solution ...


its now 2 februari , get an answer from the support team , the problem is intern and not my internet or something ,the IT boys are working on it !!
i did try this morning and everything seems to work fine again .

We all have this problem. Top eleven have ****ed something and if it's not fixed tomorrow then its ruined my season because I have a massive game tomorrow
