Moving to a new phone

Hi, I've only used this game on my android phone as i don't have facebook. However it's now faulty and have got a replacement android. Is there anyway to continue my current team on the new phone?

However it should be good some day to connect our teams with an email acount and usermames, like other games, to be able to connect from everywhere even with no fb acounts. I know that might be various reasons for not doing so ,but i just saying that i will like the idea to be indepented with my team.

I'd like to see my team moved away from my current facebook account to a new facebook account or like Maxtax says something else away from FB, the soon as I can move my team away from my current FB account the better so I can close my current FB account down for good.
