There are three ways to explain it.First he is a token buyer,second he did the "trick" with the loans and the third way is that he stayed in the same level for at least 3 seasons with many nordgens players.Check his association and the number of loans there

if you met him in your League or other competitions, just stay in the same level to avoid him in the future

ok, I remember. As a matter of fact, i played with him as I had the 2nd quality team (with 6*-7* players - lol)
We played with OMA (the group of my team NIK) with their asso group.
They won ofc (what a surprise)
but I think I played again with him but then he was in another group
and now I can see he is in another group again - lol





So, he isn't a hacker, just used the loan trick (which is legit)
