Since Update 2x Training and Free Videos always greyed out

According to the support everything's ok..
If it's grey it's because there is no offer available for now..so you have to try later on the day, or it's because you saw all the videos available for the day. You rise the limit, so it's grey.

the advertisment is broken with the x2 bonus tried it now for 4 days

it doesnt work withe the x2 bonus only for packs


and every morning when i give the training a get the x2 bonus i click on it and i get the advertisement


after that i get a messeage sorry there is a failure we cannot complete

and the x2 bonus stays lightning up

have already sent them 5 mails but the last 2 days they didnt respond

in the last email on wednesday they asked which version of Chrome i used

i have answered there mail but havent heard anything after that
