Ever since the update I can see the buttons for the videos but they are greyed out or transparent and when you click them you would get the message Offers not available.
This is happening with 2x Bonus for the Training, the FREE button for Rests and Moral.
Before, if they wouldn't be available anymore they would simply disappear but like right now I just started the day and didn't use any of them.
Is this now intended?

It is. And you know what? I hate it.
Their ads system are even worse than before. I rarely got a window of opportunity for ads too. Sometimes it only gets solid when I woke up at morning sometimes it's at night and sometimes they are always greyed out

I have sent an email to the Top Eleven support, lets see what they come back with
this morning i had a training and spared my 2 advertsment feature to get the x2 bonus
so i setup my training and clicked on the x2 bonus had the x2 bonus poppped up with the advertisment
i did the advertiisment and i get the meassage something did go wrong sorry about it
result no 2 xbonus and the 2 advertisement gone
So my day begins bad (only 2 advertisement a day and its broken)

In this particular case something might have gone wrong with the video, could be an error in the streaming from the provider. Do you recall which is the video you watched?Quote:

We can check who provided the video and report the problem to the provider so they check the integrity of the video file.
its no video a popup of advertisment where you must select a story(but dont click on it or you get another webpage) just click on the arrow below next (confusing)

before i used those advertisment (2) for green but only 1 green was given this happens when i play on facebook
when i lock in on topeleven with fb account i can earn a token this works

According to the support everything's ok..
If it's grey it's because there is no offer available for now..so you have to try later on the day, or it's because you saw all the videos available for the day. You rise the limit, so it's grey.
the advertisment is broken with the x2 bonus tried it now for 4 days
it doesnt work withe the x2 bonus only for packs
and every morning when i give the training a get the x2 bonus i click on it and i get the advertisement
after that i get a messeage sorry there is a failure we cannot complete
and the x2 bonus stays lightning up

have already sent them 5 mails but the last 2 days they didnt respond
in the last email on wednesday they asked which version of Chrome i used
i have answered there mail but havent heard anything after that
