you no need do what niko suggest. the real problem is you squad has max player. so loan player has no room in squad.

here i had max squad 25. example :

ok, might works but this was an old issue (specially when between numbers are missing).
and there are thousands players who have a full team and 3 loans without having this problem.
Don't know, maybe @forzautreg could give us some feedback
