I think better compensation option is 50 tokens for every body , 10 or 20 boosters of each sorts and no reduction of 20% through the season changeQuote:

Problems here aswell.Our association played versus association much lower than ours.Ofc we almost lost with results 0-5,0-6 but we managed to get to the same points,and same goal diff.The last player had to play penalties.We won the penalties 4-2 but then the game bugged.I left it because i thought it will be fixed soon,and tomorrow we will be on the finals.Well guess what happened.I logged in today and opened the associacion and it said we lost the semifinal because our last mach(the match with the penalties) was a draw(actually it finished 5-0 in the regular time thats why we played penalties).....
Even though my FA has already won the promotion, this weekend we had the chance to get over 900 points and even with the 20% point deduction we would be in a fine spot to promote again next season. Now, thanks to this disaster we will probably have to stay an extra month in Silver 1.
And I cannot even imagine how do FA members who got relegated or lost promotion must feel.
Points, or no 20% deduction or something like that must be given to everyone at this point because it would really be unfair otherwise.
122 point looks good but it's too good because it means we won 36-0 at semifinal and then won 36-0 at final plus 50 point for being no.1 (36+36+50).
Let's calculate more friendly since everyone have a chance to win association match, in my opinion we should split point at semifinal and final and also got 50 point for being no.1 so every association team got 86 points (18+18+50) for this weekend match and Nordeus should add those 86 points to the existing points before.
From there Nordeus could decide who will got promoted, relegated or stay at the same level and of course decrease 20% at the new season could be implemented like usual

+2 level team is not a huge difference you can upset the odds with ultra defensive, hard tackling and goo counters.
I tried the trick with the 3 loans from higher level but still not enough as there was a 15 level difference :p

Hi Jeeves, your honest reply is highly appreciated. We all know such thing can happen. The key will be how you guys handle the situation after the bug has been fixed. Many of us played "everything or nothing" tournaments this weekend, and needed every single point to stay in division or promote (my asso needed 45 points to stay in Gold1 for instance which we truly believed we would have achieved). If you guys handle this situation in a fair manner on Monday, we will truly appreciate it and everyone will understand. If not, everyone will be pissed off.Quote:

It looks like the levelling part of FA has been switched off somehow. From the games I have looked at it is always the higher league manager who wins heavily. So this weekend was not based just on stars as it should be but on overall level! Hope we are all compensated for this fiasco.
I am a member of Lightning Squad. We have been robbed of promotion two months running. Last month our points were not added up correctly and we missed out by only a handful of points. We complained and the service centre asked us to be patient. As of this weekend we had no reply as to how this problem could be rectified. The service centre accepted the problem and said it would be given high priority. Now we come to this weekend, ugh. Going into this weekend we needed 6 points, yes six points, in the final round of matches. You have guessed it we lost 36-0 and 36-0. We remain six points short of promotion. It's heartbreaking all the effort and planning has been scuppered. My squad are extremely disappointed. We plan our weekends around this. All I ask is that it is sorted and we are given our just desserts. Compensation? How do you compensate for the situation we find ourselves in. Two months of lost effort, tokens, boosters and what's worse a lack of confidence in the game mechanics. Please sort it out and do what's right.

Across TWENTY association matches, they didn't conceded a single goal. And these were all competitive Gold Division 1 teams.
Whatever the compensation is, must come with a written notice. Because not everyone browsed the forum here. Not even 1/1000 gamers are here. I can see my teammates felt seriously dejected. Some might quit playing altogether.
